By using MorphContent™ services or visiting morphcontent.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Services

MorphContent™ provides done-for-you content repurposing services for streamers and creators. We turn your video content (VODs, streams, recordings) into short-form content distributed across social media platforms.

Payment & Billing

• All plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Payments are due at the start of each billing cycle.
• We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on first-time purchases. After 7 days, all sales are final.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active clients.

Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all content you provide to us.
• By submitting content, you grant MorphContent™ a limited license to edit, reformat, and distribute that content on your behalf as part of our service.
• You represent that you own or have rights to all content you submit, and that it does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.
• We will not use your content for any purpose other than delivering your service.

Revisions

Each plan includes a set number of revisions per content batch (Seed: 2, Morph: 3, Empire: 5). Additional revision rounds may be available at our discretion.

Turnaround Times

Turnaround times (48hr, 24hr, same-day) are targets, not guarantees. We will communicate promptly if delays occur. Chronic delays entitle clients to a prorated credit.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to submit content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, or violates platform terms of service. We reserve the right to refuse service for content we deem inappropriate.

Limitation of Liability

MorphContent™'s liability is limited to the amount you paid in the prior 30 days. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost revenue or missed growth opportunities.

Termination

Either party may terminate services at any time. Upon termination, you retain all delivered content. We are not obligated to deliver in-progress work after termination unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, then binding arbitration if necessary.
